How much money top bloggers make?

All through my blogging journey, whenever I visit a blog or website, I broadly look for its Google Page rank, Alexa website ranking to understand its penetration and popularity, both tools provide a rough idea but what about the revenue...? information was always missing, I was really eager for that "how much these popular blog earn?" I hope many of you must be struggling with the query… after all, I am no exception

Recently I came across websiteoutllok.com, which provides me with the missing link. It gave me all the information from Alexa website ranking to Google page rank along with title and description, it mentioned geographic spread along with server location and on the top provides rough estimate about daily earning and worth of a website.

Below you can find results for a very popular blog techcrunch.com (Google page rank 8/10, Alexa website ranking 1056).

TechCrunch is premier blog providing information on “Startup and Technology news”.

WebsiteOutlook as website marketing tool

Further to understand well, I Google across the web and found that many people have reviewed websiteoutlook negatively for providing this estimate, I was really surprised.
An example from xomeviews.com, “I think WEBSITEOUTLOOK.com offer internet users a USELESS SERVICE as the service in and of itself is not accurate and even state so on their website. Not to mention that the individuals behind this service could be illegally interfering with investment deals or violating trade laws by posting data that would actually mislead potential investors, some websites has sold for far greater amounts than what websiteoutlook has given credit… I certainly wouldn’t want my daily ad revenues posted to the world as it may be privy information. There should be some universal Internet rule of law… STUPID service”

Slym - I really don’t understand the reason for worry, this is just a suggestive tool and no where on WebsiteOutlook its mentioned that this is 100% accurate, they have used the data which all of us use on daily basis, only thing is, they have gone ahead and drafted a calculation for assuming revenue out of input. In addition to that Websiteoutlook gives a way in FAQ section, of how to remove a website from their database.
I must say, I liked the service and even if it does not provide accurate revenue details, it’s better than guess work and a great blog tool.
